This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our terms for cancellations, refunds, and returns in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

2. Definitions

Services: The AI-generated baby image services provided by Baby4D.Subscription: Any recurring payment arrangement for ongoing access to our services. One-time Purchase: Any single payment for a specific service without recurring charges.

3. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This period expires 14 days after purchase.This right does not apply once you have requested immediate access to digital content and acknowledged losing your cancellation right, or once you have fully used the service.To cancel, inform us by clear statement (letter or email).

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, by contacting customer support at admin@baby4d.net, or writing to us at 37 Bullfinch Close, Sevenoaks, Kent.

Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email, continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

If you cancel within the cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund unless you have used the service, in which case we may deduct an amount proportional to the service already provided.

5. Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a refund within the 14-day cooling-off period, if there was a technical failure preventing access, if services were not as described or fit for purpose, or if there was an error in charging.

Refunds will not be provided beyond the cooling-off period when the service has been properly delivered, if you're simply dissatisfied with the AI-generated images that meet our quality standards, or when you have fully utilized the purchased service.

To request a refund, contact our customer support team at admin@baby4d.net, provide your order number and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.

6. Digital Content Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If our services do not meet these requirements, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing service access, contact our support team at admin@baby4d.net with details of the issue. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may receive a full or partial refund.

8. Payment Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method without deducting processing fees.
